Jodie Dancers will be joining us at the Black Country Multicultural Day 2024. They have won the Best Dance Group in 2019, 2022 & 2023 and Best Bhangra Fitness in 2021 & 2023 at the UK Bhangra Awards; which is a phenomenal achievement as they've only been launched for 5 years.

They will be performing 'Bhangra Dance' which is a traditional folk dance which originated in Punjab, Northern India. It was a form of celebration that coincided with the harvest season where farmers would rejoice at their hard work. Today we see many variations of this energetic dance which enables people to express themselves whilst connecting with their heritage.
