Born 6 years ago out of the last hurrah of the Katie Fitzgerald’s Irish seisiún and numerous other acoustic session nights around the Stourbridge and Midlands area.

Dark Molly is a coming together of three friends with a mutual love of Irish folk music: Paddy (guitar/vocal/banjo), Sid (guitar/vocal/mandolin) and multi-talented instrumentalist Steve (mandolin, whistles, melodeon, to name but a few).

The trio gig with many other bands and musicians too and when not turning up uninvited (but not unwelcome) to a pub garden or gathering around a fire pit to blast out music into the night, they like nothing better than uniting for a Stout fueled St Pat’s weekend gig or three, or a summer back-yard party celebration.
